A Touch of Fall Temps

What a demanding week at work. The refueling outage has started at work with little time for family and running (60-72 hr work week). The good part – only 4 weeks long. Bad part – not getting the miles in to be ready for upcoming races and little sleep. I did make it out to Fort Gordon and logged a couple of hours on my road bike. The fall temps and low humidity are starting to show and it feels great. Went for a 90 min run last night, after a very long day at work, and it was great with temps in the low 70s. With a long run on the schedule for tomorrow on some local trails, I will find out how my hamstring is healing. It should be doing great with this being such a light week.
