Descision Time

I decided not to run the Arkansas Traveler, still recovering from Vermot 100 miler. Unfortunely, I injured my hamstring during a training run. I have been taking it easy for a couple of days so it can heal, been icing it for a while... going out on a test run today. Looks like I will be aiming for the Pinhoti 100 mile run at Alabama in November. Also will be looking forward to the FATS 40 in Augusta, GA. Its in October for the last race for the South Carolina race series. Here in GA its been SUPER rainy since that hurricane hit... now it's bright and sunny, thankfully!
