Last night was my first run ou...Great Post Thomas. Last night was my first run out in the dark (at a track, but in the dark nonetheless). Running in the dark is an awesome experience. Wow, that is an awesome 10 miler. Sometimes our bodies just take over and God gives us the awesome power to go go go with no holding back. 30 miles? someday for me. You base, build, build again but harde, taper, then recover.
